Thomas Pohl:

This tank in November 2008:

May 2009:

It is nearly a wonder that some corals survive despite of the exorbitant competition of space in this tank. Nevertheless we have to put out some huge corals soon, it is much too tight in many places. Some corals are completely covered by others, so we have to find a new place for these as well. The growth rate can be seen for example by the red Millepora: at the beginning the pink Pocillopora had enough space next to the Mille, now it is completely vanished under it.

December 2009:

August 2010

To get new space for the immense coral growth we had to cut some corals or take out others completely. The biggest change: the more than 60 cm big Acropora Hyacynthus table reached the glass on the right side, so this coral got a new place in front of the tank.
